1. Stop safely first

Pull over if safe, turn on hazard lights, apply the handbrake, and keep everyone away from traffic.

2. Call emergency services if needed

Call 000 immediately if anyone is injured, trapped, in danger, or if the road is blocked.

3. Exchange details

Record the other driver’s name, phone, licence number, registration, insurer, vehicle make/model, and location.

4. Take photos in the app

Photograph vehicle damage, number plates, road position, signs, skid marks, licence details, and any hazards.

5. Report it to the office

Notify your supervisor as soon as safe. Do not admit fault; only describe what happened factually.
